Pros

The agency pays well compared to other agencies, you will be doing a lot for your clients, no micro-management and great environment in general depending on your team,

Cons

The agency does not have a back-up plans for any eventuality, no for the employees neither for their clients, they just cut off services and positions, not intendedly, but they need to create a contingency plan, even more when the have gone trough more than once.
