Pros

Lots of Catholic holidays, work for a pay check but won't enjoy the work load or environment. Some good benefits. 4 Weeks vacation.

Cons

Long work hours, work overload, work can interfere with family and personal life. They don't care about no one, as long as the work is done that's all they care about. Highly stress environment. Hostile place to work. Supervisor like to belittle direct care workers. B2H program is the worst. No COLA for the last couple of years.
