Good raw experience to fresh grads wanting to work in social services field

Cons

Very passive aggressive director who provides no feedback and does not communicate in a respectful manner. A lot of heat from higher ups and talk of self care is very hypocritical as they are spect you to go above and beyond to meet numbers, even sacrificing weekends to see clients whom are avoidant
