Pros

Catholic paid holidays. During the summer staff leave early on 2 days on a Friday.

Cons

Lack of communication between staff and management. Micromanagement. Human Resources is for management and not staff. Favoritism is the norm. Employees apply for management positions and positions are not offered, despite having the experience. Promoting from within is not encouraged. No compassion when you become ill.

Pros

Working with clients, ability to determine your schedule.

Cons

Multiple levels of dysfunction throughout organization. No accountability for departments. Low and in-equitable pay. Multiple issues with receiving accurate and timely pay/information. Promotions given but never applied. Almost non existent HR leadership. Massive amount of turn over in high profile positions.
