Very disorganized and instructed organization. Job description does not align with job duties. The work overload is insane and does not correspond with pay.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am happy that you found a few pros while working at CGS. Unfortunately being a social work organization we have limitations on salary however we try to make up for it with great health insurance, lots of time off, flexibility and other benefits.
