Pros

Extensive vacation and comp time.

Cons

Not enough time to use vacation, administration are unupportive, staff is not appropriately paid however administration make over 6 figures, there is constantly work being trickled down which entails more work than is possible to complete and the clients suffer as a result. Management does not require staff to act professionally at all times because many staff members act inappropriately.

Cons

Very poor management the pay is bad they will throw you under the bus if they want you gone poor training horrible upper management also they take their time to get to any issues you bring to them and if not handled the right way it would automatically your fault with no help from the agency or management

In the last two and a half years, CGS HR has reorganized, created new policies and is now providing more supervisor training to focus on a better employee experience. Thank you for sharing your experience with us~we wish it had been better but we are committed to using this feedback to make CGS a great place to work.
