Pros

Close to home. People I work with. Tuition reimbursement; which allowed me to obtain my BA and finally looking to get out.

Cons

Low wages. Human Resources is behind Managers and not employees. 401k instead of 403b. High insurance cost/co-pays unless you stay with CHS network. Most managers have been here 15 or more years and their thinking is of when they first started. Managers have too much power, he's held accountable but managers are not. Do not promote from within. Secretaries get trapped in the system.
