Pros

Good benefits and great co workers. The food is good. Steady work if you want it. Postive place to work and rewarding in helping others in time of need.

Cons

High turnover due to healthcare cuts. AS with any healthcare facility the hours can be crazy. Benefits cost keep rising year after year. High stress. Low pay as with any healthcare job. Not much room for advancement.

Pros

Implemented and launched the new Room Service dining experience for patients. Meals were prepared and cooked to order just like dining out. The staff worked their butts off and patients appreciated their services.

Cons

Management was not supportive to their peers and staff. Employees who were not able to execute or focus on their job duties and not pass their evaluations were able to keep their employment. Management and Staff were very divided in many ways and areas. Very toxic work place.
