Part-time benefits, college tuition payment, good overall working environment. Management in the unit is overall pleasant and willing to help.

Cons

A lack in positive feedback. It's neutral so not always bad, but it would be nice to be told when a job was done well or above expectations. Also, some in HR front desk are not always helpful or knowledgeable.
