Pros

Patient centered care. Work on a regular unit on weekends . Allows for proper one on one time with residents.

Cons

May work short, which increases patient number, thus not allowing for any extended care to resident. May be floated on occasion, thus not familiar will residents needs.

Cons

Less pay than cities in Nassau or city. Needs to be more communication with doctors and nurses.
