Pros

Benefit time off is competitive Health insurance affordable Great for those of us who are happy to sit in one position and call it a career

Cons

Could use more life in work life balance Zero growth opportunities Useless in-office days enforced with "because CEO says so" Executive leadership is obsessed with Northwell they spend more time talking about what that place is doing than our own efforts. If you are hybrid you will have to carry a laptop, charger, headset, mouse, and any personal items back and forth as there is no official desk place. Some departments have their employees come in for the whole day just to ignore the staff and not say so much as hello until the half hr team meeting that should have been an email all in the name of "team building"👍 It's actually better the days you're forced to come in and sit alone in an empty space as the background noise is limited for zoom.
