      Pros

      Benefits are great even for part time associates as well. Some overtime periodically, the pay is ok if you are working overnights.

      Cons

      RNs treat you poorly, especially on 4 South. Doesn't work as a team. Expect the Nurse Assistants to do their job as well. Because there is no union at Sisters Hospital they can do whatever they want to do to you.

      Pros

      Family type atmosphere. Health insurance was good but sick time not always possible to use.

      Cons

      Much or the required education needed to be done on your own whereas years ago time was allocated. Promotions are not always best candidate but rather most popular.

      Pros

      Light working hours. Relatively stable workplace. Very easy to maintain a low profile and just stay the course. No real sense of priority on projects and timelines.

      Cons

      Those who want to make a difference eventually get overworked, and many long timers in IT are "phoning it in" and play politics to just collect a paycheck. Poor technology decisions and poor project management have led to a tenuous infrastructure, where break fix is the norm. Fix one thing and uncover 10 more issues.
