      Pros

      Friendly place to work . Decent benefits. Decent pay scale. Union representation.

      Cons

      Union jobs. Someone with more seniority may get a job over someone with more experience or better qualifications. Plus, because there are set pay scales, there is no way to prove yourself worthy of a raise because your pay was negotiated for the duration you hold the job.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work, you can do as much work as you like or as little as you like. They really respect a work-life balance.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement, not their fault, everyone here is a lifer, so someone has to leave for a management position to become vacant.

      Pros

      I'm proud to work for a forward thinking and values-based organization like Catholic Health. I consider myself lucky to work in a tightly knit team with my senior department leadership valuing a healthy work/life balance and making you feel genuinely appreciated. My current supervisor is by far the best boss I've ever had and someone I look up to. The paid time off and health insurance plan offered has also been great for my family

      Cons

      The days are extremely busy with a challenging workload but that isn't exactly a con. You could probably be doing more if you're bored at work.
