      Small unit, fair assignment load, nice and friendly staff at least the majority

      Cons

      Float a lot, downstaff a lot, too much charting and double charting, lots of out dated equipment, too much micro management by supervisors, certain rns’ seem to get the cool or interesting assignments

      Most people are nice and good to work with. People treat each other with respect and ate usually friendly.

      Cons

      Too much pressure to do more every year with less money and people. The pressure makes the work environment tougher each year.
