The Worst Benefits

Pros

I worked with some great nurses. They offer more pay than other hospitals, so I suppose that helps for retention.

Cons

It's a Catholic Hospital. Benefits are terrible. Birth control is not covered. The only Tier 1 hospitals are Catholic Medical Center, St. Joseph's and Dartmouth. Everything else is Tier 2. EHR is Allscripts, which looks and feels like Windows 95. The Intranet and PolicyStat is absolutely impossible to search through. Patient portal is outdated.

Pros

Great coworkers. Doctors are excellent.

Cons

C-suite is lacking. Middle management turn over is high because of it. Childish/high school behavior is allowed to happen.
