Pros
- The executive team are all very knowledgeable, willing to mentor and share knowledge. Their accessibility and support make all the difference in the world and the reason the company is and will continue to be successful. - Work is interesting, wide variety of contracts, and opportunity to learn about anything and everything the company is doing. - Sets clear goals and expectations. Really encourages employee growth and participation. - Benefits are the best I've had. They've done an excellent job at finding great health plans, 401k, and PTO. Policies are still improving each year and any lacking benefits executive team is open to suggestions for improvement and have taken and implemented some as we've grown. - Salary is great and competitive. They want the best and they pay for the best! - Culture stands out and blows any other company away. They hire great people, hold integrity and their values in high esteem. From the CEO to the interns, just all around incredibly intelligent and kind people. Amazing teamwork and cross-subject learning and exposure is encouraged and supported. - Willingness of everyone to share knowledge and create such an amazing learning and growth environment outshines any of the big contractor companies. - Supports outside of work activities that are fun and inclusive. Volunteer activities, HH's, and outings which are great and everyone is so fun you dont mind hanging out with the team outside of the office!
Cons
I don't think there are currently any real cons, but always room for improvement... Diversity recruiting is something I hope comes more into focus as we grow. One thing that is isn't a con for the company specifically, but more of a nature of the beast, is that we are a small company and have felt the effects of COVID, govt budget cuts, and govt shut downs the last couple years. But you know you work for an amazing team when sacrifices were made to support employees and prevent salary losses during periods other companies were laying people off left and right.
