      Small company that has experienced significant growth over the last 2 years. Provides senior-level engineering and subject-matter expertise to NASA and the FAA across nearly all aspects of aviation operations. Employees are well compensated and work-life balance is encouraged. Executive team consistently demonstrates their leadership in the aviation space.

      Being part of a geographically distributed team of internationally recognized aviation experts can be daunting but Cavan continues to promote the close-knit spirit that started the company

      Pros

      Cavan has positioned itself well in the space between research and development and full scale deployment. By establishing a strong vision and then staffing positions with extremely well qualified individuals, Cavan is supporting FAA and NASA in the quest to ensure that aviation's needs are anticipated and met on time and under budget.

      Cons

      With rapid growth there's always going to be some teething pains, Cavan is working diligently to ensure the proper support is available to the folks that are solving problems for our customers.
