      Pros

      Small company that is growing and building. Great management staff that takes care of employees and rewards employees with bonuses yearly. They are experience leaders that stay ahead of the changes that come with government support work.

      None. I haven't experience any issues or problems and are not aware of any with other colleagues.

      People; I have worked for several companies over the past decade, and this one has made a difference by attracting and keeping more senior experienced people.

      Cons

      Well, not a con against the company, but regardless of how expertly we perform our jobs, we are still merely supporting a government agency that has grown more sluggish and stale, falling further behind the rest of the world in this domain.
