      Money for top performers. Young environment Room to grow and learn Plenty of support from senior management Promotions based on performance

      Cons

      No Work to life balance Market will make a big difference Cbeyond who? 50 doors, but only 20 of them are worth while. 50 point system needs to be updated.

      Pros

      Big money potential, great culture, fun team activities. Great training.

      Cons

      12 hour days cold calling on small businesses, a very 'Boiler Room' atmosphere, lots of young managers with limited experience. Salespeople encouraged to stab each other in the back. When talking to customers they will over promise and under deliver.

      Pros

      Decent starting pay once you factor in your commission during your ramp up period. Ability to meet with alot of business owners and get a good sense of the different jobs out there.

      Cons

      The managers tend to micromanage and look down on employees. Also, the expectations they set are absolutely ridiculous telling you to visit 70-80 businesses per day. You will find yourself walking up and down the street in the summer wearing a suit. Horrible.
