      Pros

      You get to sing in front of coworkers. Encouragement of booze ,events and random perks that solid companys would not do because they concentrate on ethics and strength of brand.

      Cons

      Sucks in every level. Encouraged clique-ness that has nothing to do with a real business model. Similiar structure to a youth nazi camp. Mostly brainwashing techniques and substandard treatment of employees on all levels except upper tier management.

      Pros

      A fun competitive environment. Great place to start out if you want to get into aggressive sales techniques. I still have a lot to learn.

      Cons

      I have recently started but work and life balance is quite a struggle. Long intensive hours of cold calling and field work.

      Pros

      the opportunity is great. It is a young work hard play hard culture. If you are willing to put in the time it is a great job but if not i would look elsewhere.

      Cons

      cold calling is not for everyone.
