      I actually have nothing good to say about Cedar Electronics!

      This company is only going from bad to worse! 1. C level couldn't care less about the hostile work environment in some of the departments. 2. Salaries are way lower than the market's average. 3. Unstable. 4. you'll never be able to see any career growth there. 5. little to no benefits.

      Pros

      Industry leading and fast growing tech forward mobile consumer electronics company which is accelerating sales and has a huge upside potential. The company has a 60+ year history for sure but in the last two years the company has traversed the most difficult terrain and tough decisions and transformed a broken business model into an engine for growth. In the pandemic they adopted very well to a flexible work from home schedule and because of it we have great new employees located across the country and across the world. Company volume could 2x or more in the next few years IMO. Fair, respectful and logic based senior management team that has turned this company completely around in under three years 1000%

      Working from home you can feel disconnected from groups and departments too much at times.
