      Wonder people to work with. Flexible working conditions. Highly supportive management. Finding new ways to improve the work experience with new software tools and cloud resources.

      Pros

      Cedar Electronics weathered the storm caused by years of PE investment failure and less than stellar Senior Management to turn the company into a World Class operation over the course of the last 2 years. What was a very uncomfortable environment has become a focused, innovative and stable company with a solid work environment.

      Still some infrastructure growth to be had. Health benefits could be stronger

      Pros

      The marketing team is continuing to grow at Cedar and headed by a fantastic Head of Marketing. I have only been with the company for about 2.5 months and the team, onboarding, and company is in a great place. The CEO cares about employees health and allowing those comfortable to continue to work from home.
