      You have to be tough skinned to survive. If you don't fit into their cliques, life is unbearable! You must be and do exactly what they want you to be. Once you don't meet their expectation of you, you are doomed!

      The company tries to do good things for the employees. The managers really do not.

      Cons

      I worked for Cedars for a while and found that while it's a great place to work, my particular supervisor was very mean and very, very controlling. Calling HR for assistance will get you nowhere very quickly.

      Pros

      Calm and relax. this is the perfect place to work if you want to have a balanced life. They let you have a couple of remote days per week. The managers trust you and don't bother you. As long as you delivered when you have committed, you are ok. Compensation is fair.

      Cons

      No room to grow professionally. If you don't care about promotions, or raises then you are fine. Perfect if you have already reached your desired place in life. If you are hungry for advancement, then learn as much as you can and in a couple of years find somewhere else to work.
