      Great opportunity to be on a sinking ship.

      Cons

      Company is top-heavy when it comes to management. Managers knowingly make promises for future compensation they don’t intend to keep while simultaneously mandating elevated workload levels. Meanwhile, said managers are quiet-quitting themselves and just delegate their workload to you. When cuts come, the managers stay and the workers get let go.

      Good salary, benefits, vacation, pension, remote work

      Cons

      Poor decisions by previous top management led to massive debt and job cuts but they have all been removed and now is being led by a very competent CEO and I believe he will be able to turn this around.
