      There is particularly 1-2 people who treat others like they are the kings of the entire organization. Training is literally less than 1 week, they show how the system works and that's it. What is the saddest, is that the whole management team including TLs and Managers close their eyes and let them bully the whole team. Now wondering why they have so many and often procurement positions open?
