You’re just a number. I was with the company for over 14 years. I saw many incentives taken away. Bonuses, yearly raises were cut, the benefits are terrible. Next, the raises are moving to a merit based system (which ends up being a popularity contest, or some person you’ve never met in admin gets to have a say in your raise). They cut EVERY possible corner possible to save a dollar. Professionally as an operator, they do not care for you at the end of the day. Regardless of experience, attitude, or knowledge. Operators to them are expendable. The chain of command is over ran with boss after boss. Wayy too many chiefs, and not enough Indians. However, if you are an engineer, the world is your oyster. They cater to every whim and wish for them.
