Pros

The company provides lots of opportunities for skill development over time. Because they are lean and change often, there can be rapid advancement opportunities for engineers starting their career.

Cons

The company changes leadership every couple of years which result in big shifts in direction and frequent restructuring. If you are a long time employee, you just have to go along to get along, keep doing good work and not get too concerned about the changes.

Good benefits, and pay. The days off are Great.

Cons

Poor management, production takes care of it self or so some would say. Not the case if your the one producing for the had that feeds you and watching everyone else cut each others throat. The culture is 3rd world and is not the celanese i heard from the old timers i know so dearly. If a man has good pay , good benefits, and retirement he should produce, YEY! Integrity has no price. No one seems to care as long as they just drift through the hostile environment. No one likes there job or the people they work with. Debt, what a drag! I'll take my chances and will not pretend!
