Lack of strategy, management artificially inflating Engineered Materials 'innovation' contributions, lack of transparency from management, uncompetitive wages for workers without citizenship, little employee development, high turnover.

Decent medical benefits, however company recently switched to UHC.

Cons

CONSTANT changes in structure, procedures and culture. Bad behavior is constantly rewarded. One co worker has been in HR numerous times for poor performance, two weeks later they get promoted,!
