Salary is above average, benefits are the best I've seen in the chemical industry. New CEO and management are taking the company in a better direction and are focusing more on employee well-being. Good performers are rewarded.

Cons

Vacation time for new employees is limited. Some managers left over from the old days are still stuck in the previous culture of micromanagement.
