For some region you have to work in night shift which is non sense for instance when the particular region has national or bank holiday e.g. 4th of uly-USA. We have to stay here even though those colleaguse in the USA and none o the custmers can be contacted.

Great benefits and a lot of responsibility. Lots of tenure with employees within the business. More opportunity for engineers and technical folks to move around in the business than the shared services departments.

Cons

When I was there, employee engagement was not discussed and you could feel the impacts of that in the culture.
