Pros

A new process engineer will get projects that other companies would not even give to a 7 year engineer. Lots of growth potential. Good bonus compensation. Lots of opportunities to try different roles and find the path that you are interested in. Compared to other companies the benefits are above average.

Cons

Site management is constantly firefighting due to Corporate guidance. For some the home work balance is not as great (usually by their choice). No mentorship for new engineers. If you do not fit into the culture and don't feel comfortable learning on your own or asking questions this is not the company for you. The performance evaluation structure for bonus is based not upon how well you did, but by how much people like you. High turnover rate especially among the VP of the company ~ 8 left in the past year what does that say?

Pros

Good benefits, smart people to learn from. Intellectual growth, business exposure. Challenging group communication opportunities. Technical capability is very good.

Cons

Not adapting to global economy very well. Blame other departments rather than loooking at stagnant EU and slower growth USA as major porblems for markets... need to imporve corporate structure for Asian growth.

Pros

A great bunch of skilled technicians, chemists and engineer in R&D. Work are challenging with all the new research project but rewarding.

Cons

Management seem to be a bit disconnect with the lab personels. Overdoing it with all the safety roll out that put burden on it lab workers.
