Pros

Celanese has a 5% match. There is a high quality found among co-workers and they have decent medical and dental benefits.

Cons

There is no opportunity for advancement, except for the chosen few and there is no consideration for loyalty. Management is out of touch. They are outsourcing all of the SAP Support Staff to India.
