Great work environment, good people to work with, excelent opportunity to learn, at least it was this way before I leaft for another oportunity.

Cons

Very low payment, (I moved to a different company for the double of my Celanese Salary) nearly impossible to get a promotion, they prefer to contract external resources rather than giving a promotion a former employee, Celanese is fireing a lot of personel and moving to the idea of using contractor for everything they can; this is a big mistake because they are loosing a lot of valuable people, the consequences for this will strar to show up in a couple of years
