Pros

There would be tons of opportunities to develop the company. The atmosphere is quite good at the Budapest office, which is easily accessible.

Cons

As this SSC is a regional SSC and not a center of excellence, so there are only operational work. People have good improvement / project ideas that will not be implemented because this company is US lead and US don't care about local initiatives.

There is no strategy how to grow business. But there are a lot of political issues inside the company. Strong employees are leaving. Weak and loyal are staying there.
