Cons

Top management mostly accountant/finance types who sometimes lack respect for and appreciation of employee technical skills and expertise. Single focus on shareholder profits undermine employee benefits and opportunities.

Decent medical benefits, however company recently switched to UHC.

CONSTANT changes in structure, procedures and culture. Bad behavior is constantly rewarded. One co worker has been in HR numerous times for poor performance, two weeks later they get promoted,!

They are a former employer. That is the best I can say. Compensation was/is just average.

Cons

Throw you into the fire. Most of the people at the Bishop Plant have been there less than 3 years.
