EXTREMELY short term focused Tremendous effort at diversity has gone to extremes. Not friendly to white males. Bonus program lags competition Reorganized manufacturing is nonsensical Culture of fear at the executive level

High pay. If you keep your head down and don’t remind your manager you’re there, you’ll retire comfortably. Disruptive change though must be avoided. They make a profit by owning the market and nothing to do with talent, ability, stewardship, or intellect. RUN AWAY!
