Innovative Company with Rapid Growth
Pros
Celerant has been a great company to work for. Having worked here for well over 10 years, I have developed strong relationships with the majority of the team, many of whom have also been employed here for 10 years+. I started at entry level and have been promoted several times over my tenure here- it's a great company to grow with and hard work and dedication is well rewarded.
Cons
As with any growing company, there can be some growing pains. Over the years, we have expanded and acquired another retail software company, and as we grow, so does the workload and responsibility. But as the company expands and the client base increases, so do the departments within. Each year there are new positions and titles that are developed to address this, hence the reason for so much employee growth. You might think you are at your highest level, but then a year or so later a new position/title is created that you can set your focus.
