      Pros

      Free pizza Fridays. It tastes like crap but it's food.

      Cons

      Do yourself a favor and stay away. This company won't care about you. They don't care about their employees. They treat the employees like elementary school kids. You can't go a day without some mouth breather in upper or middle management telling you how to do your job. The salaries are abysmal for the work. Spend a month finding a job elsewhere.

      It is unfortunate that you seem to have had (or are possibly still having) such a negative experience at our company. I urge you to discuss some of your concerns with our HR Director as we of course do not want any current employee to have this type of perception. If after such discussions, you still have this outlook, it might be best for you move on, as our company might not be the right fit for you. Regarding the Friday pizza, we changed the pizzeria that we order from several months ago, as well as now offer a variety of lunches, including hot sandwiches, salads, pizza, summer BBQ's, etc, as we value our staff's feedback and enjoy what we consider to be fun Friday lunches for our team!

      Great Colleagues Friendly work environment Company paid lunch on Friday And much more Having scheduled breaks and lunch in tech support is not a con…if the tech before you is out of the room and not supposed to be or comes back late from lunch that impacts me and everyone else.

      Cons

      Having colleagues that can't follow policies, like to abuse break and lunch time length, log off the help desk when they are on duty, go out for lunch and then come back and eat at their desks.

      It's a good place to get your foot in the door for some experience. Convenient commute if you live nearby.

      Cons

      Limited growth. Micro-management. Low salaries for NYC. Buggy software leads to a lot of extra work.
