1. good place to get your career start from the scratch. 2. no extra working required 3. get paid by paycheck on time. 4. half day leave on summer hour. 5. pizza for free on every Friday.
Cons
1. very poor upper management, ridiculous and unreasonalbe rules made by the upper management. 2. HR department will never reply your email even if you have an emergent case. 3. they do not care about what exactly the employee think, they only need people to work for filling the position and pay them with the least amount compare to the market. 4. the company is inflexible and do not open to any new ideas, they only want to keep the company running instead of increasing and exploring more opportunities to grow. 5. the company hires too much non-technical person and less technical developers. 6. working environment is not professional at all, employees are chatting loudly and freely all the time, sometimes even turn the speaker on for music. 7. couple of managers does not have any related IT skills. 8. useless training videos. 9. payment is poor for software technicians, after all, they are the punching bags for the company.
