Perks: - Technical training - Open environment for learning from seasoned and high level employees, even the CTO is accessible when assistance is needed - Friendly staff - Managers relate to employees because they know they were were once in our shoes - Thriving business with the feel of a small company - Holiday luncheons, pizza/sandwich Fridays, summer BBQ's - Summer hours- half day Fridays and flex hours
Cons
- Not close to a convenient form of public transit- driving is the best option - Company does not reimburse for gas/tolls if you commute off of Staten Island
