Thanks for your feedback. By design, we do have tiers for our support team- entry level, senior and of course team leads and management as well. Our support team is a great place to start, and when you perform really well, you move quicky up the ranks. We even prefer to promote support technicians to other departments, for example our R&FD Team, when the potential is there and the opportunity arises.

Thanks for the feedback! We appreciate it. We do offer annual performance reviews which come with salary increases as well - each and every year. Its all merit based - so if you perform well, you can increase your salary very quickly.

Everyone is very hospitable, especially the CEO who seems to remember a lot about every individual employee, which in return makes me feel like more than "just a number".

That is one of the many benefits of being a smaller company competing with some of the biggest names in retail technology- we have a tight team, and while we now surpassed 220 team members- we still feel like a small team. From our CEO to each and every level of our teams, we are a collaborative and open group. And it is actually quite impressive just how much Ian does remember and know about each and every person on our global team!!
