Pros

Very family oriented culture, lots of flexibility with work-from-home & telecommuting opportunities. Lots of opportunities to work with different companies, from small biotechs to large Pharma, in various therapeutic areas.

Cons

Low starting salaries with increases that do no keep up with inflation. No financial recognition for hard work. Hard to get promited. Too many people with admin director titles that should have never been promoted to those positions but Sr. management has policy of never demoting anyone.

Pros

Place is not like any other place I've worked at. I work in the Customer service dept as a Study Participant Rep. The managers are very good at there job and take it seriously. The job is not stressful and for the pay is well worth the work load. There are those days when the job get hard, but other than that good work environment.

Cons

Resources are nothing compared to my previous jobs, cubicles are too small and chairs need to be replaced. Computer software is out of date, but everything is there to get the job done.

Pros

You learn a lot but limited to the early phase clinical research and harder to expand into the job market from there. Good people, hard working, fast paced.

Cons

Work-life balance is discussed but not really well supported. Limited opportunities for advancement once you are in middle management. VERY sub-par benefits and pay compared to other CROs. Bonuses are only at director level or above so it is a hard sell to meet all your targets if you don't share in the profit.
