      Pros

      The product they sell is a must have for law enforcement to do their job. It's easy to get meetings with contacts and discuss objectives. Products are good, culture and decision making is not.

      Cons

      They have a stronghold in the market and consistently raise prices by 20-30, sometimes 50% in a year, Making it hard for agencies to budget and creates frustration. Unreasonable goals of 100% year over year growth.

      Pros

      Treats me like a professional. Sends gifts and branded items at key events and major holidays. Manager gives me the freedom to implement my skills (perhaps this is different in different areas and/or for different jobs). I feel like a core member of the team and am sought out for assistance in my skilled areas. Definitely a sense of team and connectedness, despite the 100% remote nature of the team. Not micro-managed. No burdensome reporting or admin processes that keeps me from my actual work. I'm able to build trust and have been given the freedom to make decisions for my area of work. Company financials seem to show steady and positive growth, so the company has a future; Cellebrite seems like a worthy company to be able to stay with for the long haul.

      Cons

      Promotion potential is only as good as the team's ability to grow based on success with customers (honestly, this is 100% fair, though), so at the moment I don't have a lot of upward mobility. (This may also be largely due to my specific position.) It seems that most large organizations (the current organization size is about 950) pander to new definitions of diversity such as rainbow branding of the logo, and Cellebrite is no different.
