Pros

None once you're comparing to other established companies similar in size.

Cons

- No respect for employees, neither from HR or Management - Workload bad as it can be, little to no training - No recognition in effort and dedication - Product are getting slowly outdated and buggy, no improvement made. We are still wondering how a company can survive with such poor organisation, and showing so much disrespect for its own customers.

no work life balance. Management is bad for the employees. Overloading the employees with work- modern slavery.

Lots of promises, mostly broken

Pros

Mostly pleasant people and good products.

Cons

Company has no problem getting rid of people at a moment's notice. Robotically outsourcing jobs and functions rather than dealing with employees as human beings. As soon as a machine can do the job, or there is a cheaper alternative, the company will take that path. Financial/compensation promises not kept. Fake caring attitude. Lots of pretending to care about employees. No real training programs. Management is rarely seen and little direction given.
