1. Very low professional level. It is very hard to learn new things there after the first few months - from then on the job is boring and repetitive, and doesn't contribute anything to the worker.
2. Management that treats the workers as resources, and doesn't treat them with respect (see, for example, the immediate 10% salary reduction after covid).
3. Management is cheap and sees only the stock value (or future stock value) in front of their eyes. This means that the salaries are low, and it is hard to get a raise. In good financial years, the employees don't get more money, but in bad financial years, the employees are the first to pay with lower bonuses and raises.
4. Morally ambiguous work and morally indifferent management. This means that the products and services offered by Cellebrite are sold to whoever they are able to sell to, including dictatorships such as Belarus. Seeing as they can be used (and are used) to suppress anti government journalists and dissidents, it is a major issue. Recently, after this was revealed, Cellebrite supposedly stopped selling to Belarus and other problematic clients, if you are willing to trust them (after years of working there, I found very little reason to do so, and many reasons not to).
5. Terrible management - hides things from the employees, unable to generate deep changes within the company and generally speaking, disconnected from the workers and their wants.
