Pros

Cellebrite has remarkable solutions and products that really make an impact to the overall mission. Some good management team who actually listen to issues and try to create solutions to help lesson negative impacts. Cellebrite will give decent gifts throughout the year to employees.

Cons

The culture between Israel (headquarters) and the US are vastly different. Israel forces the US teams to give up their work-life balance for the sake of company profit. Cellebrite says they care about their employees but they view employees as machines and not humans. Severely understaffed teams with unrealistic goals. Employees are guilted into working very long hours where the salary and bonuses do not match up. Personal time is not respected and boundaries always treaded on. And when extra hours are constantly out in your efforts barely reflect in your bonus. Israel always gets special treatment and brags about it, making employees in the US office feel less than. Why can’t we get the same level of appreciation when we are also forced to give up family time to help the company bring in millions of dollars? It’s no wonder why talent is leaving in droves. In the past 6-7 months the turnover in sales/marketing has been extremely high and should signal red flags. So much talent leaving Cellebrite as employees are seeking new opportunities because they feel undervalued and underpaid. This large exodus will continue to happen so stay prepared on talent leaving Cellebrite.

Pros

Technology that extremely benefits the Local, State, Federal and DoD community. Customers want and need this product.

Cons

Targets are changed constantly. Management is changed constantly. ALL decisions are made in Israel and no US leadership has authority. Plans and Comp is changed 2-3 times during the year without notice or explanation. Management has no understanding of how Federal and DoD contracting and procurement operations function.
