Pros

Cool Technology, I use to have more pros but after new Manager, it became the job from HELL!!!

Cons

Listen to the staff, managers are not always right. If a manager does not like you, they will pick on you make up stuff and get you fired. HR is a waste HR is supposed to look into an issue not just pick the managers side because they have a title.

Pros

Good products. Some great people. Great global corporate and product management. Marketing, Services and Support are stellar - globally and in the Americas.

Cons

Within North America only: No feedback for improvement provided at the level where decisions are made - highest level possible in the Americas. No time provided to improve. Does not promote a collaborative environment which one would think of when they think of a company this size. Does not proactively develop people, so there really is no career progression or succession strategy either.

Pros

* Work From Home * Great product offerings * Found most co-workers/peers were friendly and willing to help * Customers were very friendly and easy to satisfy

Cons

Multiple Improvements Needed Immediately! * Unprofessional and Inexperienced Management Team * Very Unprofessional HR Leaders (should probably retired, replaced or trained) * Company and Team Goals were not disclosed until 6 mos. after starting. * No regard for employees in other time zones. Mandatory conference calls held ALL HOURS of the day (as early as 5 am to as late as 9 pm at night). * Outdated and Inefficient processes - (lots of inconsistencies in processes). * Too much work not enough people * Work Distributed Unevenly and Unfairly * No Down Time - (some people are working constantly from start to finish with no lunch/breaks and others (enterprise) do a lot less). * No work life balance * Salesforce was not utilized to it's fullest and best potential
