Pros

Great if you’re looking to settle in life, be a burden on your community, feel expendable at all times, and take advice from people who have no idea what real salesmanship is. I’d only recommend this job to people who can’t get a job anywhere else based on their background check, because that isn’t a big deal to them.

Cons

You are forced to sell products you don’t stand behind in order to meet quotas. They will attempt to pound into your head that Apple products aren’t what they are proven to be. You will be forced to take advantage of customers (mostly elderly) who lack information and knowledge about the products. Due to this fact there is no future in this business. Retail is already a dying market and this company is stuck in the past when it comes to sales. These stores aren’t needed anymore and instead of changing their ideals and becoming a benefit to the customers that do come in, they’re continuously burning bridges to make a quick buck and have no plans for the future. You will be introduced to “management” who want to be your friend and “care about you,” these people are robots who will lie, rob, and stab you in the back opportunistically. The veterans will put on a show that they are the best to ever hit the sales game, however to an experienced person you’ll quickly realize this company is the island of misfit salesman, who if forced to actually sell quality products while providing a service to people, instead of pushing junk on the uninformed, they would fail. Everything here is smoke and mirrors and the money is no where near worth what you put in (your soul and morals specifically). Run, and let karma catch up to this company.

NO COMPENSATION!

Pros

The only pro I will give to Cellularsales is that they allow you to earn 50% of all profits so commissions can seem unbelievable, but be careful this is their lethal trap.

Cons

What the recruitment team tells you is not what is true about the company, so they give a false narrative from the start. Some of the cons include random missing inventory charges. With absolutely no proof, Cellularsales will charge any employee for missing items on shift, even when on numerous occasions things weren't actually missing but they took the money out of your check regardless. You get paid only 100% commission so you rely on the company to be accurate on your commission, but a lot of times there will be missing money that is unaccounted for and they have no explanation for, the owners will just give you the runaround. The are days where you won't see any customers but will have to take care of other reps customers and if anything is missing or damaged you are charged so in reality, it is common to get charged for showing up to work. You are expected to be a trainer, inventory clerk, customer service representative, manager, and any other responsibility the company may hold against you but you get paid only to sell. On your off days, your are expected to still show up to work to do what Cellularsales call "Pentagon" and not get paid to do so and if you refuse you are terminated. It is a way for Cellularsales to have a free call center for themselves. Cellularsales profits off their EMPLOYEES not customers, the more employee's they have, the more they earn to make. Don't be a victim!

Pros

At one point you could make very good money.

Cons

This list could be pages. No management. If something goes wrong good luck. You basically have no support for the company. You waste countless hours.on the phone trying to clean up the messes of your coworkers because there is no management. You must work unreasonable hours to make good money. 6-7 days a week. You are not paid for meetings. Benefits are actually pretty bad. They seem good on paper. Health insurance is double what a real company offers as far as cost. God forbid you have a family. No room to grow unless you love to drink koolaid. Whatever the overlords say, goes. They always change something. Once the reps start to make to much money they find a way to stick it to you. They overstaff the stores in an attempt to force you to call customers. Their tactics are as shady as can be. Lying to customers about fake promos just to get them in the store. If you under perform they make you go to classes, unpaid, for you to work certain stores. They say they are helping you but are digging you into a deeper hole. If items go missing or stolen it comes out of your pocket.
