Pros

Flexible schedule Shared commission structure Expanding quickly

Cons

The company has been slashing commissions for the last year. When a item is missing from the store you will be charged the full retail price for it. Even though it is much more then the cost to the company. You make very little on the most popular phones. Inventory is usually an issue. They do not use cash registers so if a customer needs change you are expecting to provide it out of your own pocket. No vacation / sick time. Internal CRM program is archaic and full of bugs. Dress code is a suit and tie which you will not be reimbursed for.

Pros

Nice work environment. But that's about it

Cons

Very shady with customers. I have worked in mobile sales for years but mostly with corporate stores. This is my first with a "dealer" store. I do not like the practices that most employees ingage in. The salary is not what they say unless your in the top store in the nation.

Pros

Great pay but if you want to make the most money it is a must to work Saturday and Sunday. You will work holidays. Great experience.

Cons

You will work weekends, holidays, etc. You make work at one store that is an hour from your house and get home at 10pm or later and work another store that is 30-45 mins away at 9am the next morning. To get a day off you must find someone to work you shift. This can be hard if it is a Saturday night shift or a Sunday shift. You more than likely will never move up. This is a job to get started out of college making 35,000-45,000 a year.
