Pros

No cap on income potential Exciting atmosphere/modern, well laid out stores Amazing future growth potential for company and representative Support structure unmatched Excellent training program Did I mention no cap on income potential?

Cons

If a rep stays focused, service minded, and proactive there should be no cons. Any job can have cons, its how a rep can overcome those cons to stay positive.

Pros

Your paycheck, for the most part, eflect your work ethic. I love the flexibiliy andworking with different people everyday.

Cons

There seems to be constant change and not always for the positive. There seems to be a lot of the "good ole boy" network going on when it comes to advancement.

Pros

opportunity for very, very few to earn mid 50's income

Cons

Cons far out way the pros. Company run by prima donnas employs only LLC subcontractors and supplies the brick and mortar location to work exclusively for Verizon as a 'preferred vendor', the stores look like corporate and the public thinks they are. Lots bad here--really way too much to list but for instance: Forced 'roster' not a schedule or else the IRS would force them to act like a real employer. All expenses are that of the sub-c, including shrinkage by fellow sub-c's working along side of you everyday. If someone steals a phone (or even a wall charger--which happens often) everyone that worked the shift participates in the device's purchase (Cellular Sales loss) at full retail, $600 plus in the case of an I-phone. Company avoids paying unemployment insurance, benefits, etc. by hiring...oops!... 'employing' subs. And by the way...local temp agency hires you for first 30 days--you wont see a real commission check until nearly 75 days after hire, all comms. are paid 45 days after current month's close of bus--- and if you leave your last commission will be delayed for an additional 6 months after (claimed) customer de-activations have fallen out. Huge revolving door taking advantage of desperate honest salespeople in rough economy. Avoid.
